Clients who are considering counselling at the Practice attend an assessment interview. This interview is designed to enable an informed decision as to the suitability of counselling for the client’s needs and for the client to decide if they wish to use the services of the Practice. If it is agreed to move forward, counselling will commence as soon as a counsellor is available. Experience shows that the work may last from a few weeks to more than a year.
